Return policy

If you're sending something back, make sure it's within 7 days upon receiving our products for an exchange or refund with a coupon code of the exact price. Read on below: 

• All items must be in it's original packaging and still in tip-top shape. That means it should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. No funky smells either!
• Returns are subjected upon approval
• Also, we can't take them back if it's been altered in anyway.

How do i return?

You can either lalamove (for Klang Valley customers only) or drop off the package at any preferred courier service of your choice. All returns are at own cost.

When will i get my exchange or coupon code?

Once we've received your item, it will take 2-3 working days to process (check for any signs that it is used or defect), we then will contact you via email for an exchange or coupon code.
