Refund policy

If you're sending something back, make sure it's within 7 days upon receiving our products for an exchange or store credits of the exact price. Read on below: 

  • All items must be in it's original packaging and still in tip-top shape. That means it should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original, resellable condition. No funky smells either!
  • We strictly can’t accept returns with animal fur or pet hair on them.
  • Also, we can't take them back if it's been altered in anyway.

Please note that a 1% restocking fee will be charged and return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective items or incorrect items sent).

All returns are subject to approval upon inspection. Any item that does not meet the above conditions may be rejected.

How do i return?

You may return your parcel by using any courier service of your choice (for both local and international customers). Please give us a heads-up via email before sending anything back so we know your parcel is coming home to us (include the tracking link in your email as well) Email to: customers@shopwithmedium.com

All return shipping fees are at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for any lost parcels.

When will i get my exchange or store credits?

Once we receive your return:

  • Please allow 2–3 working days for inspection and processing
  • After approval, we will contact you via email with your exchange details or store credits
