1. How Long Will It Take?
We aim to ship out your order within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding weekend and public holidays). If you order over the weekend, we’ll get it out to you first thing Monday!
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
We ship to Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, UAE, United Kingdom, USA, Canada & Australia. Here's the breakdown:
Within Malaysia:
- West Malaysia MYR10 (2-4 business days)
- East Malaysia MYR30 (3-5 business days)
International Shipping:
- Singapore: MYR35 (5-7 business days)
- Brunei: MYR50 (5-7 business days)
- Philippines: MYR120 (5-7 business days)
- Thailand: MYR62 (5-7 business days)
- UAE: MYR60 (7-14 business days)
- Australia: MYR80 (7-14 business days)
- Canada: MYR154 (7-14 business days)
- Japan: MYR236 (7-14 business days)

3. Same-day delivery
Same-day delivery via Lalamove: Orders placed before 12PM are sent at 2PM, and orders after 12PM will be on the next day. Important: Please note that same-day delivery ARE NOT applicable on Weekends & Public Holidays, your orders will be sent at 2PM on the following business day instead.
Fees: Please insert your full address during checkout to view the total delivery fee.
4. Pre-Orders
If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your parcel will be shipped together on the stated pre-order dispatch date.
If you would like to receive your in-stock items earlier via split shipment, please email us to request this arrangement. Kindly note that additional shipping charges will apply for split deliveries.
5. Shipping Delays
We ship your order out as quickly as we can, but once it's in the hands of the carrier, sometimes things slow down (hello, weather, holidays, and customs!). We promise we’re doing everything we can to get it to you on time.
6. Double Check Your Address
We want your order to get to you without a hitch, so make sure you’ve entered the correct shipping address! If it’s wrong, we can’t be responsible for any lost or delayed packages.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is shipped and on its way, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If something goes wrong (like a lost or stolen package), please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Don’t worry—we’re here to help you with any info you need.
8. Customs & Duties
International orders might be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties when they reach your country. These are handled by your local customs office, and it’s the customer’s responsibility to cover those charges.
If you're sending something back, make sure it's within 7 days upon receiving our products for an exchange or store credits of the exact price. Read on below:
- All items must be in it's original packaging and still in tip-top shape. That means it should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original, resellable condition. No funky smells either!
- We strictly can’t accept returns with animal fur or pet hair on them.
- Also, we can't take them back if it's been altered in anyway.
Please note that a 1% restocking fee will be charged and return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective items or incorrect items sent).
All returns are subject to approval upon inspection. Any item that does not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
How do i return?
You may return your parcel by using any courier service of your choice (for both local and international customers). Please give us a heads-up via email before sending anything back so we know your parcel is coming home to us (include the tracking link in your email as well) Email to: customers@shopwithmedium.com
All return shipping fees are at your own cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for any lost parcels.

When will i get my exchange or store credits?
Once we receive your return:
- Please allow 2–3 working days for inspection and processing
- After approval, we will contact you via email with your exchange details or store credits
